It's a Sunday evening and tomorrow is another work day. I doubt that I'll be able to work tomorrow since the doctor suggested that I take a rest. I'd like to go to work tomorrow but then again, I'll have to heed the doc's advice since health is wealth.
Speaking of health, everyone who is participating in the holiday frenzy of parties, activities and year-end to-do's is at the risk of over fatigue. This is not to mention the fluctuating weather: too warm in the morning and then too cold at night in the tropics (dropping 10 degrees Celsius); in New York City, the weather forecast for Tuesday, December 14, 2010 is -3 degrees Celsius.
To avoid the flu, the most common ailment on hectic holidays, we have to load up on Vitamin C, take lots of liquids and pace ourselves in order to enjoy the season more. I might as well tell myself this since I was bogged down today - spent the rest of the day sleeping, and I will do the same on the first day of the week, which is tomorrow.
